First time buy from Komplett.Very impressed with service,tracking etc.Thank you. The quality of the TV is excellent overall.Once I can handle the remote control things will be just fine. Cheers.

A good buy and a good supplier

This was my first purchase from this site and obviously when buying something like a TV, I was a bit hesitant. However, the service provided was excellent - could see online whether it was on stock, delivered on time etc. I dont know how they handle any issues etc when they arise, but my experience with a purchase that went on without a hitch was favourable.

And the Samsung TV is great - good picture quality, and has all the other features you would expect from branded TVs. And I think it is very competitivey priced for what you get.

I purchased this tv and then became quite worried by some negative reviews on the internet but I have to say the picture is excellent, I can't comment about terrestrial as I only view through sky but with a minimum of fiddling with the settings I had the picture exactly how I like it. If you've got an xbox 360 the difference in graphics is amazing I've got no problems in recomending this tv, just change the settings when you get it as the factory defaults are a bit garish colour wise.
